ISS Process Frameworks
The ISS process frameworks help us to deliver the same quality and services regardless of which country we are operating in.
The frameworks are built on ISS best practices and tools, which are continuously updated and maintained within a set of Process Handbooks. All ISS countries have their own formalised, documented, and transparent procedures that are aligned with these frameworks and with local legislations.
